My purpose is to monitor the hurricane center with it, as sometimes I forgot to open the webpage. So I was wondering if it is possible to refresh the wallpaper in a given time.
For example, refresh every hour the https://www.nhc.noaa.gov/?atlc page
Sorry, that's not possible and probably never going to be. The app is intended just as a simple (but different) wallpaper app.
You might want to try my other app WebLock (you find a link to it on this page). While it's still not what you're asking for, I guess it's closer to what you want and might even be of help for you.
That's a shame. I was hoping for the exact same thing from a simple wallpaper app. I use a site called https://8bitdashboard.com to get regularly changing, random 8-bit backgrounds on all my other devices except Android. Oh well, guess that's not possible. What a pity.
Sorry, Web Wallpaper doesn't do this, as I said. But I'm sure it can be done already (that's why I'm not considering adding such a feature to the app). Either through the native wallpaper features of your device, look closely to them. If not, there already are apps that do what you're asking for.
